£170 million USD Hospital development in Jamaica: Funding agreed for a Hospital complex  complete with a sustainable green energy power plant in Portmore Jamaica to be run by The Cardiovascular Hospitals of America (CVHA)

The developer Cayjam Development Ltd  required $170 million for the first phase of the development having been turned down by many of the usual funding institutions.

Cayjam Developments were eventually introduced to ICABF for assistance where we were able to secure the 100% funding through a Capital Market Balance Sheet lender.

The development will eventually, in phase two encompass a shopping center and accommodation for families and recovering patients


$35 million USD funding agreed for Blue Steel International Ltd for their Bambereaux Estate in St Vincent 

The Bambereaux Estate This development will be built to create a unique private residential estate, offering a range of exclusive facilities for its residents. This is aimed to create a friendly community lifestyle rather than a holiday resort.

All of the buildings will sit in harmony with the land which, has numerous mature specimen trees and plants which have been incorporated into the overall design of the estate.

The CEO of Blue Steel was introduced to ICABF having been turned down by all normal funding institutions where we were able to secure the full 100% funding required to complete the resort.


Humanitarian / Infrastructure Projects: Several major infrastructure projects under way for East European, Asian and African Governments totaling over $20 billion USD


$35m of property refinance loans in Ireland where several major banks have closed their operations and instructed clients to either repay their loans or banks will instruct receivers to sell client properties. We have agreed funding for an initial 8 clients totaling $35m.
